What are the requirements to enter El Salvador?
For the entry of citizens of Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua they can present their Identity Document or valid passport and in good condition.
USA, CANADA, MEXICO , only passport valid 6 mothns and will pay $ 12 upon arrival
Shenguen countries only need passport valid 6 moths.
Most nationals of the American Continent can visit El salvador with no Visa, or if they have USA visa can visit with no problem ( Except Venezuela )
Citizens of any other country must present their current and undamaged passport. In addition, they must verify in the list of necessary visa for the entry of foreigners (see list here) if their country requires a visa to enter El Salvador.
Do I need to present a vaccination card or Covid-19 test to enter El Salvador?

For a foreigner who is within the CA-4 region to enter, they must carry their passport, current time in the region (days of stay granted in the first country they entered).
Do I need a passport to travel within Central America or can I just use the DUI?
To travel to Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua (CA-4 Region) you can do so using only your Unique Identity Document (DUI) or with your passport, but outside these countries if you must use your passport as the only valid travel document .
Can a Guatemalan citizen enter El Salvador with his DPI replacement certificate?
Guatemalan citizens can enter El Salvador with their DPI (identity document) or proof of application for their DPI for the first time in original. The proof of the replacement process of your DPI is not valid
