Discover two of the most beautiful natural attractions near San Salvador on this relaxing half-day experience to the Botanical Garden and El Boquerón National Park.

We begin at the Botanical Garden, a peaceful oasis filled with colorful landscapes and exotic plant collections. At the center of the garden lies a scenic lagoon that serves as the main attraction, surrounded by lush vegetation and tranquil walking paths. The gardens are home to more than 3,300 plant species, including aquatic plants, desert plants, begonias, bromeliads, medicinal plants, and beautiful orchids. Visitors may also spot a variety of woodland animals and tropical birds throughout the park.

Next, we continue to El Boquerón National Park, located at the summit of the San Salvador Volcano. Here you will enjoy spectacular views of the impressive crater formed after the volcanic eruption of 1917, as well as fresh mountain air and panoramic views of the valley below. The park is surrounded by tropical flowers and green cloud-forest vegetation, creating the perfect setting for nature lovers and photographers.

Please note that the visit includes walking and climbing approximately 216 stairs. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended. Temperatures can be cooler in the afternoons, so bringing a light sweater or jacket is advised.
