NOTE: This is a semi-independent program. Transfers between countries are without a guide and are operated by regular first-class bus transportation.

Day 1 – Tuesday | Guatemala City – Antigua Guatemala

Arrival at Guatemala International Airport and transfer to Antigua Guatemala. Begin your Guatemala tour, an unforgettable experience.

Overnight in Antigua Guatemala.

Day 2 – Wednesday | Antigua Guatemala

American breakfast.

At 9:00 a.m., begin a half-day walking tour of Antigua Guatemala. Visit the Main Plaza, Jade Factory, La Merced Church, the Cathedral, and San Francisco Church.

Lunch is not included.

After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure.

For passengers wishing to make the most of their afternoon, an optional excursion to Hobbitenango is available at an additional cost of US$25 per person.

Overnight in Antigua Guatemala.

Day 3 – Thursday | Antigua Guatemala – Chichicastenango – Lake Atitlán – Guatemala City

American breakfast.

In the morning, board the bus at the hotel at the indicated time for transportation to the town of Chichicastenango.

Visit Santo Tomas Church and the famous open-air market, where you will find a wide variety of handicrafts, pottery, and colorful textiles.

Continue to Panajachel, a town located on the shores of the magnificent Lake Atitlán. Enjoy a walk along Panajachel’s main street.

Time for lunch along the way. Lunch is not included.

In the afternoon, transfer back to Guatemala City and your hotel.

Day 4 – Friday | Guatemala – Santa Ana, El Salvador

American breakfast.

At 6:30 a.m., transfer to the bus station located just a short distance from your hotel to board the bus to Santa Ana, El Salvador.
